SPA HISTORY:    

On April 4, 2005, Bridgeport native Rosa Cervoni opened the doors of Serenity ~ A Day Spa! At Serenity, the staff strives to set themselves apart through their efforts to make every client feel comfortable. Herbal tea and coffee are available as soon as you arrive and fleece-lined, heated massage tables invite you as you enter your room. With the wine and snacks offered to our package guests, Serenity ~ A Day Spa provides those 'little things' that will make your experience here that much more enjoyable.

At Serenity ~ A Day Spa you can expect to find massages, facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, and waxing. But what you may not expect are the many alternative offerings: energy treatments, such as Reiki (from Japan), as well as exotic massages such as Hot Stone, and paraffin dips for hands and feet.

The spa is located at 1077 Bridgeport Avenue in Shelton, right at the point where Huntington Road intersects Bridgeport Avenue. This location was chosen not only because it filled a need in the Shelton area, but also because it's close to the intersection of routes 15 and 8. 

Guests are greeted with live plants, lots of light, and a smiling face. The reception area is small, but tastefully decorated in purple, with gilded frames containing flower portraits gracing the walls. With 3 massage rooms, 4 nail stations, and a facial room, you're guaranteed to find some time for yourself within the walls of Serenity ~ A Day Spa.
